Our Classes

Our live, online classes are taught in a very similar manner to in-person classes. We don’t demonstrate the entire class; we watch and interact with our students so that we can teach in a responsive, attentive way. While it’s not required, we love to be able to see you if you’re comfortable having your camera on!

The zoom room opens at least 5 minutes prior to class so that we can say hi and check in before getting started.

Prefer to take a class on your own schedule? We also offer pre-recorded classes you can take anytime.

Recommended props for all classes: 2 blocks (or something similar) and padding for your knees if desired.

Class Descriptions

    All Levels with Meditation

    Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm (EST)

    This is a vinyasa based class open to all levels of experience. Foundational poses will be taught as well as variations. You can expect thorough warm ups, intentional sequencing, and a mindful practice that will hopefully feel interesting and sustainable in your body! After cultivating body awareness and settling the mind through movement, we close with savasana and 5-10 minutes of mindfulness meditation.

    Level 1-2 with Meditation

    Sundays 10:30-11:30am (EST)

    This is a vinyasa based class taught somewhere between a level 1 and level 2. Foundational poses and movements will be taught as well as some variations. Suitable for those with some experience that want a gentler intensity and pace than a level 2 class. After cultivating body awareness and settling the mind through movement, we close with savasana and 5-10 minutes of mindfulness meditation.
